TEA Party Hypocrisy on Obamacare and the 1st Law of Moron Mechanics

The 1st Law of Moron Mechanics states that the volume and zeal of any group’s public outrage is inversely proportional to their grasp of reality.

In other words: Idiots and hypocrites are always the loudest.

As more information comes out on who is actually protesting Obamacare, two things are becoming clear:

• Most of those who protest Obamacare are currently receiving some kind of government subsidy
• No one, even the congressmen whose job it was to vote on it, knows what’s actually in the bill.

I know this video is a few years old, but a) it’s timeless and b) it’s still relevant and c) hilarious. It presents a sample of the TEA Party Obamacare protesters and demonstrates the 1st Law of Moron Mechanics perfectly.

What do we want?! – No Healthcare!

For whom do we want this?! – For other people!

It seems a lot of people opposing Obamacare so avidly actually are the very people who use the “evil socialist orwellian abomination” themselves – the very definition of hypocrisy.

It seems the very people screaming “keep your government hands off my healthcare” already have their hands deep in the government healthcare jar. And hence, the hypocrisy of it all.

This phenomenon is known as saddlebacking – a new fad where christian teens practice unprotected anal sex in order to preserve their virginity. Apparently, the Bible doesn’t specifically forbid anal sex, as long as it’s between a male and a female. Moreover, these kids are fully convinced that they are virgins, or specifically, Technical Virgins. And honestly, who needs sex ed when you’re a virgin?

Of course, this might make rational people slap their forehead in one crazy WTF moment. Are we really still making the same lame argument that abstinence-only education and virginity pledges are the way to go?
